Frequently asked questions

What happens if my group is small?

Each course shows its minimum group size. If your course cannot start, we will contact you no later than five business days before the start date. If you book later than that, we will contact you without delay. You can choose another suitable start date, full credit or a full refund.

What if my level turns out to be different?

If another level turns out to suit you better during the first five teaching days, we will move you free of charge to a suitable parallel group if a place is available. If no suitable group is available, we will offer another start date, credit or a pro-rata refund.

What if my level is not running right now?

If no suitable group is available, we can offer a later start date, credit or a pro-rata refund. If you prefer, we can also discuss private lessons with you.

Can I join after the course has started?

A late start may be possible if a place is available and we consider the course a good fit for your level. We will tell you the adjusted price before you book.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. Before the course starts, you can switch free of charge to another available start date or choose full credit. If you prefer to end the contract and request a refund, the rules in our Terms apply.

How do I know where to start?

Take the free placement test. It takes about ten minutes and gives you a first indication of the right starting level. Your teacher confirms the level at the start of the course.

Where do the lessons take place?

Live on Zoom. You need a stable internet connection, a camera and a microphone.
