Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must tell us clearly that you have decided to withdraw from the contract:

You can do this, for example, by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
You can also exercise your right through the “Withdraw from a contract” function that is kept readily accessible on our website. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement on a durable medium, normally by email, containing your withdrawal declaration and the date and time we received it.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the fourteen-day period has expired.
What happens if you withdraw
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed something else with you. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
If you asked us to start providing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the services provided up to the point at which you told us that you were withdrawing. That amount is calculated in proportion to the full scope of the service agreed in the contract.
When the right of withdrawal ends after full performance
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed if, before performance started, you expressly agreed that we could begin before the withdrawal period had expired and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would end once we had fully performed the contract.
